Clean, quiet, precise

Interior painting for occupied condos and commercial interiors.

Occupied buildings need a crew that protects floors, keeps odor down, and leaves tight lines. Homes, offices, and hospitality interiors get the same standard: the room should look finished and the site should look respectful.

Who this work is for

Condo units and common halls that stay occupied during the job. Homeowners who want walls, ceilings, trim, or cabinets done without a month of disruption. Offices and back-of-house spaces that have to open in the morning. Property managers who need one hallway at a time, not a shutdown.

What occupied interiors actually require

The product is the easy part. The work is protection, dust, and schedule. A hallway in a Hollywood condo cannot sit wet while residents walk through. A hotel corridor cannot smell like solvent at check-in. We plan around that: low-odor coatings, plastic and paper on floors, and a walkthrough before we leave so you are not finding holidays after we are gone.

What Shoreline does

Floors and furnishings get protected. Patch, sand, and prime. Then cut and roll with clean edges on walls, ceilings, and trim.

Cabinets and doors are scoped separately when they need it. Color is confirmed in the light of the room, not only on a chip in a parking lot.

We walk the space with you at the end. Punch what needs punching. The site is cleaner than we found it.

What this is not

  • We are not an interior designer on retainer. We will help with color. We will not restage the unit.
  • Specialty faux finishes and mural work are not on this menu.
  • Lead-safe work in pre-1978 interiors is scoped only when testing and containment are part of the written job.

Commercial and multi-family interiors are performed by Shoreline Design Contractor Services, Florida license CGC1533739.
