Who this work is for
Associations that need a building wash before an elevation is painted. Garage and pool-deck owners who want a coating, not another stain. Commercial sites with chalking metal and aluminum that still have to look finished. Homeowners whose patio or driveway needs a system, not a rented washer.
Prep is the coating
Too much pressure blows stucco. Too little leaves chalk and mildew under the next coat. Florida metal oxidizes fast near the water. A garage coating on a damp, unprofiled slab peels in the first summer. The specification is the wash, the grind, the primer, and the film thickness, not the color chip.
What Shoreline does
We choose the wash and pressure for the substrate: stucco, masonry, concrete, or metal. Defects get repaired before a coating goes down.
Garage, balcony, and pool-deck coatings are installed to the system, then protected until they can take traffic. Metal and aluminum get refinished when that is the failing piece.
This work is often the first phase of a paint or waterproofing job. Doing it in-house means the elevation is actually ready when the finish crew shows up.
What this is not
- We do not industrial-blast hazardous coatings without a written hazmat scope.
- A one-hour “driveway refresh” with no prep is not a coating system.
- Epoxy in a garage that still leaks from above will fail. The leak gets addressed first.
